This Clarification Text (“Clarification Text”) is issued by Miller Carter Yazılım A.Ş. (“Ustatyemek.app”) to inform users, members, and visitors (“Data Subjects”) regarding the processing of personal data collected through the website (www.ustatyemek.app) and the mobile application.
- Collected Personal Data
Ustatyemek.app categorizes processed personal data as follows:
- Identity and Contact Information: Name, surname, email address, and (if provided) phone number, gender, date of birth, height, and weight. The Turkish Republic Identification Number (T.C. Kimlik No) is only processed when explicitly required by law (e.g., for official billing).
- User Profile & Transaction: Membership ID, billing details, search history, filtering preferences, ratings, comments, and in-app interactions.
- Payment Information: Details regarding payment methods. Please note that full credit card information is processed via secure, certified third-party payment providers; Ustatyemek.app does not store full card details on its own servers.
- Technical & Security Information: Device details, IP address, encrypted passwords, cookie records, and login methods (Google, Facebook, Apple ID).
- Marketing Information: Reports and evaluations reflecting habits and likes, targeting information, and cookie records.
- Legal & Request Management: Correspondence with authorities, lawsuit/execution files, legal information requests, and records of requests/complaints made via the platform.
- Audio/Visual Records: Voice recordings from call center interactions.
Special Note: Aside from physical attributes necessary for personalized recommendations (height/weight), Ustatyemek.app does not process sensitive data of a special nature (e.g., race, religion, political opinions, etc.).
- Purposes of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Contractual Necessity: Fulfillment of the membership agreement, account management, and processing of payments/refunds.
- Personalization & User Experience: Analyzing usage habits to provide AI-powered meal recommendations, market research, and sending push notifications.

- Legal Compliance: Providing information to authorized institutions, managing legal proceedings, and preventing fraudulent activities.
